We welcome referrals for anyone in New South Wales who needs friendly, quality disability support services including support coordination, or across Australia for NDIS provider training.

All you need to do is let us know if your requirements change, and we’ll make the adjustments to your NDIS plan. True Lift Care will work with you to modify your services as well. We are committed to helping you achieve your growing goals
No, you do not have to pay extra from your pocket. All your expenses are covered by NDIS.
If you run out of funds, then you can call your NDIS planner to potentially discuss things like a plan review. True Lift Care can also help you understand how your plan is allocated, as well as how to make the most out of your funding.
